This instruction is based on the Order of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated November 22, 2002 No. 273-p "On approval of the Qualification Directory of positions of managers, specialists and other employees" and in accordance with the requirements of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 05/15/2007 No. 251-III and is applied as an appendix to the employment contract. 1 General provisions 1.1. The head of the security service belongs to the category of managers, is accepted and dismissed by order of the General Director of the LLP ".............". 1.2. A person with a higher professional education and at least 5 years of work experience is appointed to the position of head of the security service. 2. Job responsibilities 2.1. Ensures reliable protection of the organization's facilities from theft, theft and other criminal encroachments, fires, accidents, acts of vandalism, natural disasters, public riots, etc. 2.2. Together with the company's manager, examines the facility being taken under protection and signs an inspection report or property lists of the facility to be taken under protection. 2.3. Develops and manages security measures for facilities. 2.4. Develops adequate means of protection and types of security regimes. 2.5. Crosses attempts of unauthorized entry into the protected object. Manages employees who are directly subordinate to them.

3. Rights The head of the Security Service has the right: 3.1. Get acquainted with the draft decisions of the company's management regarding the activities of the security service. 3.2. To submit proposals for improving the activities of the security service for consideration by the company's management. 3.3. Interact with managers of all (individual) structural divisions of the company. 3.4. Request from the heads of the company's divisions and specialists the information and documents necessary for the performance of their official duties. 3.5. Sign and approve documents within the scope of their competence. 3.6. Submit for consideration by the company's management proposals on the appointment, transfer and dismissal of security personnel, proposals on their encouragement or on the imposition of penalties on them. 3.7. Require the company's management to assist in the performance of their official duties and rights.

4. Responsibility The head of the Security Service is responsible; 4.1. For non-fulfillment (improper fulfillment) of his official duties provided for in this job description, within the limits defined by the current labor legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 4.2. For offenses committed in the course of their activities – within the limits defined by the current administrative, criminal and civil legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. 4.3. For causing material damage – within the limits defined by the current labor, criminal and civil legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
